These terms apply to the courier service offered by QuickBox Cargo through this website and its customer account.
The service
- QuickBox Cargo receives your purchases at its US warehouse and ships them to the destination by the method you choose (Air or Sea).
- Prices are calculated with the published rates, the weight and the measures taken at our warehouse. The weight and measures we record are the ones used to charge.
- Transit times are estimates in business days and may vary because of customs, carriers or causes beyond our control.
Your responsibilities
- Report each package with its correct tracking number and describe its contents truthfully.
- Do not send prohibited or restricted items under the laws of the origin or destination country.
- Keep your contact details and delivery addresses up to date.
Payments
- Invoices are payable by the methods shown on each invoice. Packages may be held until the invoice is paid.
- Extra services (repacking, insurance, customs fees, etc.) are charged as shown on the invoice.
Liability
- Our liability for loss or damage is limited to what is set out in these terms or the insurance you buy, if any.
- Packages not claimed within a reasonable time after notice may incur storage charges.
