How the price is calculated

Air is charged by the pound. We compare the actual weight of the box with its volumetric weight (length × width × height in inches ÷ 166) and charge the greater of the two, rounded to the nearest tenth. That way a large, light box pays for the space it takes on the plane, and a small, heavy one pays for its weight.

Examples

• A box of 16 × 12 × 10 in weighing 9 lb has a volumetric weight of 11.6 lb, so we charge 11.6 lb × $5.85 = $67.86.
• A box of 14 × 10 × 5 in weighing 3 lb has a volumetric weight of 4.2 lb, so we charge 4.2 lb × $5.85 = $24.57. It is below the minimum, so it pays $30.00.

Your mailbox in Miami

When you create your free account you get a customer code. Use it on line 2 of our Miami address when you buy on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or any US store: that way we know the package is yours as soon as it reaches the warehouse. Then report it with its tracking number from your account and we will let you know when it arrives.

Delivery throughout Venezuela

We deliver door to door throughout Venezuela, including Caracas, Maracaibo, Valencia, Maracay and Puerto Ordaz. If you prefer, you can collect your package at a parcel agency or at our office. You choose the address in your account and you can change it until the package goes out for delivery.

Air or Sea?

Air is best when you need the package soon, or when it is small and light: clothes, electronics, spare parts or documents. For large or heavy boxes, compare with Sea, which is charged by volume and is usually cheaper.
